Frequently asked
Is it always the same person?
As far as possible, yes — that is the whole point of a fixed schedule. If someone is on holiday or ill, we tell you in advance who is coming instead.
Do I have to be at home?
Not necessarily. Many customers leave a key with us; the handover is recorded in writing.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
We bring our own products and equipment. If you prefer particular products in your home, we are happy to use those.
