Is broom-clean enough, or is more required?
What you owe is in your tenancy agreement — usually broom-clean, often a clean after use as well. We clean so the flat is ready for handover and agree on special cases beforehand.
How short notice can you take?
Once the handover date is set, we schedule the clean for the day before. End of month fills up fast, so get in touch early.
Will you take away whatever is left behind?
Yes, together with the clearance. Volume and disposal are itemised separately in the quote.
