Do you take the green waste away?
Yes, on request. Collection and disposal are listed separately in the quote because they are billed by volume.
Do you take on the winter safety obligation?
We clear and grit at agreed times and document every visit. The legal safety obligation stays with the owner unless it is expressly transferred by contract.
Do you maintain unoccupied properties?
Yes. For empty houses and holiday properties we handle regular upkeep and get in touch if we notice anything on site.
